Einfache Besten - Pagi ini saya akan membagikan sebuah update kecil untuk PES 2016 kalian yang telah terpasang PTE Patch 2016 v3.0, yaitu PTE Patch Update 3.1. Di minor update ini, yang baru adalah kits baru untuk beberapa negara kontestan Euro 2016 dan beberapa faces baru telah ditambahkan. Sisanya adalah perbaikan bug untuk PTE Patch 3.0.

- Fixed the "Online Mode - Licensed"
- Unlocked all the free agents
- Fixed more accessories for a lot of players
